
ILCA (ILCA, Inc.) is a Japanese company whose main business is developing games for consumer devices and producing CG images using real-time technology for games and other purposes.
The company name, ILCA, comes from the initials of "I LOVE COMPUTER ART".
History[]
The company was founded in October 2010 by Takuya Iwasaki, who previously worked at Namco (now Bandai Namco Entertainment, where he was a planner and director for the Ace Combat series, among others) and later worked at Caviar as a producer on games such as Drakengard.
The company has studios in Higashi-Shinjuku (Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo), Nagoya (Naka Ward , Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, and Kyoto (Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture).
On July 1, 2022, the company launched a new development company, Bandai Namco Aces, in collaboration with Bandai Namco Entertainment. Iwasaki from the company will also serve as the company's president.
